Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. This ensures commitment to your emotional healing journey and allows me to hold space for clients who are fully ready for transformation through effective hypnosis techniques.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
More than 48 hours' notice → You may reschedule your session without penalty.
Less than 48 hours' notice → Your payment is non-refundable, but you may apply 50% of the fee toward a rescheduled session within 30 days.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows → The full session fee is forfeited and cannot be applied to a future session.
Emergency Situations
I understand that true emergencies happen. If you have a legitimate emergency (illness, family crisis, etc.), please reach out as soon as possible, and I will work with you to find a fair solution that respects your time and commitment to mental hygiene.
Late Arrivals
If you are less than 15 minutes late, we will use the remaining time for your session. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session is considered a no-show, and the full fee is forfeited.
Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable. Pre-paid packages cannot be refunded but may be transferred to another date or gifted to someone else.
Your time and healing journey are valuable. This policy ensures mutual respect and allows me to serve all clients fairly. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!
