Hypnosis for Stress Relief
In my role as a Coach, I follow a special approach rooted in restorative justice, inspired by Indigenous teachings. It's all about three steps: Encounter, Repair, and Transform. I've also included a fourth step called Empowered Resistance. Many of the people I coach aren't struggling with issues on the outside, rather from within. Thoughts, feelings, or beliefs, especially those that make us feel bad about ourselves can cause long-term harm.
From my coaching experience and research, I've discovered that many of the thoughts, feelings, and beliefs that limit us often trace back to a harmful event, experience, or interaction. That's why I combine restorative justice with techniques that help you reconnect with and heal emotional wounds, allowing for deep and meaningful change.
I coach and guide you through a process where you feel safe and in control every step of the way. Through the Encounter, Repair, Transform, and Empowered Resistance phases, you will learn how to confront, transform, and resist all past, present, and future limiting and oppressive beliefs.

Preparation Phase: Initially, we engage in a mindfulness exercise designed to foster relaxation. By guiding you through visualizations of peaceful scenarios, this practice aims to open your mind, setting the stage for significant internal transformation.
Phase 1 Encounter: The session begins with an open discussion about the issues troubling you, which might range from specific incidents to general feelings of discontent, such as anger. Through questioning and reflecting, I assist you in identifying the root causes of your concerns and in formulating a strategy for addressing them.
Phase 2 Repair: This step lets you choose how to fix the problems we've found. You might think about the events differently to change how they affect you, or if other people are involved, you can come up with a fair way to make things right.
Phase 3 Transform: Next, you get to change how you see the event or feeling, making it something that gives you strength and makes you feel positive. I help you do this by leading you through imagination exercises, which help you feel more powerful and hopeful.
Phase 4 Empowered Resistance: In the last step, we use your new way of seeing things to make you stronger against any tough times ahead. We'll come up with a plan together to keep this positive attitude going strong and make sure it really works for you in the long run.
