Workshop Description:
We all carry stories, some whispered, some silenced, and some still waiting to be heard. A Cup of Noodles is more than a workbook; it’s a movement of inner child reclamation rooted in love, liberation, and radical self-compassion. This workshop invites you into a sacred space where healing meets storytelling, and heart work replaces hard work.
Guided by Dr. Jaimis “Jai” Ulrich, this deeply experiential workshop draws from the pages of her transformative book, A Cup of Noodles: My Journey, Their Stories, Your Inner Child, blending guided meditation, creative expression, and decolonized empowerment practices to help you reconnect with the child within—the one who still longs to be seen, held, and heard.
Participants will:
This workshop centers BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, and other historically marginalized voices. All are welcome who are ready to show up with curiosity, care, and the courage to heal.
Who this is for:
Educators, healers, artists, survivors, truth-tellers, and everyday humans navigating the sacred messiness of being. No prior experience with inner child work or hypnosis is necessary.
Come as you are. Leave a little lighter. And maybe, just maybe, with a warm cup of noodles, for your soul.
Workshop Description:
Healing is not a return. It’s a revolution.
This workshop, rooted in the powerful framework of Healing Forward: A Liberation Practice for All of Us, offers participants an opportunity to reclaim their healing on their own terms, beyond systems that pathologize, commodify, or deny our wholeness.
In this immersive, heart-centered space, we move from coping to conscious liberation. Through decolonized hypnotherapy, radical reflection, and collective storytelling, we’ll unearth what healing really means when shaped by ancestral wisdom, community care, and deep self-trust.
Together, we will:
Healing Forward is not a one-size-fits-all blueprint. It’s an invitation to reimagine what it means to be whole while living in systems that benefit from our fragmentation.
This space is for:
Educators, change-makers, survivors, seekers, community builders, and anyone who has ever asked, “How do I keep going and stay true to myself?” All identities are welcome, and this workshop intentionally centers the experiences of BIPOC, queer, disabled, and neurodivergent communities.
Come ready to reflect. Come ready to rest. Come ready to rise, on your terms.
Because healing forward means we don’t just survive the world, we transform it.
Workshop Description:
Artificial Intelligence is reshaping the future of municipal governance, but the real power lies not in the technology itself, but in how we choose to use it. This timely, thought-provoking workshop explores the intersection of AI, ethics, equity, and public service, offering participants the tools to lead with integrity, clarity, and community impact in an increasingly digital age.
This isn’t just a tech talk.
This is a heart-centered, human-first conversation about responsible innovation—where we center people, not profit; community, not control.
Whether you're an elected official, city clerk, educator, entrepreneur, or changemaker navigating AI in your field, this workshop is designed to meet you where you are.
Participants will:
This workshop can be tailored for local government professionals, nonprofit leaders, community organizers, educators, and anyone seeking to understand the social, ethical, and strategic implications of AI in their work.
Let’s move beyond fear and hype. Let’s lean into curiosity, accountability, and conscious innovation.
Because when tech is aligned with justice, it becomes a tool for transformation.
