Together, we will manage road rage triggers, navigate around the mental traffic, and get rid of any emotional debris blocking the path to reaching your ideal destination.

Each session is 60 minutes of focused, personalized care. We’ll address a specific issue or pattern and work toward resolution in that same session—no cliffhangers or dragging things out. You'll leave with greater clarity, emotional relief, and practical tools to maintain your own mental hygiene between sessions.
Some clients feel major shifts after just one session. Others choose to continue with periodic sessions for deeper work or ongoing support. I don’t believe in creating client dependency—my goal is to empower you with tools that last long after our time together.
